Objective: To explore the possibility of hormone replacement in early after menopause the risk of fractures and changes in bone mineral density, and side effects. This project was designed as a comprehensive cohort lasix prescritpion trial. One group took randomization and randomized to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or not (no placebo used). 502 were randomized to HRT, and 504 were randomized to nothing HRT) One of the groups were allowed to choose HRT or not. A total of 221 selected HRT, and 789 decided not to HRT. The first line was HRT consecutive estradiol / norethisterone in women with an intact uterus and oral continuous estradiol hysterectomy in women.
